Dear Kirsten, You are a miracle worker!!!! Since Friday 31st July I have slept every night!This is the first time in years.I am also dreaming which I haven’t done in many moons. Am down to ½ dropper ½ hr before bed after doing the ½hrly every 2 hours thing,yeh! Waking up feeling energized even after a big night on Friday!I am telling everyone I Know,maybe wont need to get the eye bags done after all!! Hi I am a 54 year old female who wanted to start feeling more energetic and healthy the natural way. I had tried the traditional way through the doctor and really didn't have much success. I had thought about approaching a naturopath for sometime but hadn't got around to it.
